FREQUENTLY ASKED

Your Questions, Answered.

Who is Finpage for?

NBFCs, MFIs, housing finance companies and other regulated lenders in India, from a single-state MFI to a multi-product NBFC with hundreds of branches. Finpage covers origination (LOS), decisioning (BRE), servicing (LMS), collections, accounting and treasury, plus the operations suite around them.

Is Finpage a single product or a suite?

Both. The Finpage core (LOS, BRE, LMS) runs the loan. Around it sit ten engines you can adopt as needed: FinCollect, FinConnect, FinVerify, FinAssist, FinAudit, Trackr, FinTracker, FinHRMS, FinAnalyze and Account and Treasury. Everything posts to one ledger.

How is Finpage priced?

Enterprise licensing based on portfolio and modules, with implementation and annual support. We do not publish list prices; request a demo and we will scope a proposal for your book.

Where is our data hosted?

In AWS Mumbai, within India, on multi-AZ infrastructure. Data does not leave Indian jurisdiction. Dedicated single-tenant deployments are available.

How long does implementation take?

Typically 8 to 14 weeks from contract to first disbursal, depending on products, integrations and data migration complexity. See the implementation page for the six-phase method.

Can you migrate our existing loan book?

Yes. We have migrated lenders from spreadsheets, legacy LOS and LMS, and other vendors. Migration runs through repeatable scripts with three reconciled dry-runs before cut-over.

Which loan products are supported?

JLG microfinance, individual and business loans, MSME, loan against property, gold loans, vehicle finance, solar finance, housing finance, supply chain finance, corporate finance and co-lending (CLM-2). New products are configured, not coded.

Does it work in the field with poor connectivity?

Yes. The field app is offline-first and designed for entry-level Android phones on 2G: full center meetings, collections and photos run offline and sync on reconnect.

Which bureaus and rails are integrated?

CIBIL, CRIF, Experian and Equifax in parallel; NPCI NACH, eNACH and UPI AutoPay; IMPS, NEFT and RTGS; Aadhaar eKYC, CKYC, PAN, eSign and eStamp. Partners integrate through the Finpage API layer.

How does Finpage handle RBI compliance?

IRAC classification runs nightly, provisioning posts automatically, KYC and Fair Practices workflows are built in, and regulatory returns generate from the ledger. Audit trails are retained for eight years.

Can we run our own credit policy?

Yes. Credit policy is written as versioned, human-readable rules evaluated in milliseconds. Every decision is pinned to the policy version that made it, and policies can be backtested before promotion.

What support do we get after go-live?

Four weeks of hypercare, then steady-state support with defined SLAs by severity, a Trackr ticketing workspace and quarterly business reviews. See the support page.

Do you offer APIs?

Yes. Finpage provides and manages APIs across the platform, supporting partner integrations, data transformations, secure access, rate limiting and webhooks.

Can the borrower app carry our brand?

Yes. FinAssist is white-labelled: your name, logo, colours and Play Store listing on Android, published under your developer account or ours.
